    In our new Electric Vehicle Business Line (EVBL) we develop and manufacture battery systems from 48V up to High Voltage for automotive and industrial applications. Valmet Automotive covers the full range from contract manufacturing to a TIER1 system supplier.

    You will be part of the Program Management Team. Your responsibilities and tasks will span multiple challenging projects. Your duties in detail:

    • Implement and manage change management activities in projects
    • Cross-functional evaluation of change requests and claims in alignment with all internal stakeholders
    • Preparation and support of negotiations with customers
    • Continuous improvement of change management processes & tools
    • Coordination of interfaces between change management and other processes

    • B.Sc. and/or M.Sc. in Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Economics
    • Relevant professional experience in change management, preferably in the automotive industry (more than 2 years)
    • Strong analytical & structural skills to turn unclear situations into a well-structured and prioritized list of actions
    • Very good knowledge of project/change management processes and tools
    • Strictly focused on and committed to customer’s success
    • Interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships in an international work environment
    • Very good communication skills as well as intercultural competence and awareness
    • Willingness to travel
    • Dynamic, enthusiastic and flexible approach
    • Fluent English and German language skills
