    • Act as first technical contact regarding customer needs
    • Be the interface to our customers and build a strong relationship to them
    • Connect and engage the customer into the idea of cloudmobility
    • Pitch and demonstrate technical benefits the customer can expect from being on cloudmobility
    • Use the network to find new potential customers to cloudmobility
    • Monitors the customers applications during and immediately after onboarding to make sure they are using the platform optimally
    • Communicating downtimes, product news and incidents to relevant customers
    • Guides technical workshops to get a clear understanding of the customer’s IT solution and the correlating data points
    • Create prioritization proposal for onboarding sequence, align prioritization internally with product management
    • Bringing in appropriate customer success developers to support customers as they onboard onto our platform
    • Being the customer single point of contact for technical questions and issues
    • Support and steer entire onboarding process until operational readiness on cloudmobility
    • Bridge between tech driven product development and customer orientation. They aggregate technical customer feedback and give it to the product team

    What we will expect from you…

    • Willingness to join a new founded 100% subsidy of Mercedes-Benz AG
    • Degree in software engineering, business informatics, industrial engineering/management or similar
    • 3 years of experience in complex IT projects or application building, from IT perspective or business side
    • In-depth practical know-how in the design and implementation of IT solutions and a broad knowledge of technologies, software development and IT landscapes
    • Experience in working with international partners
    • Deep business process background and network within one of the main Customer Engagement clusters (Autonomous Driving, Mobility Services, Sales-/Aftersales Solutions, Connected Vehicle, IT-Core)
    • Affinity and high interest in technology and data
    • Ability to translate highly tech driven product functions into customer’s speech and business solution components
    • Negotiating skills in combination with clear/transparent communication and pitching skills
    • Ability to establish and expand trusting customer relationships, so that the partnership is strengthened.
    • Fluent written and spoken English language skills
