    Your responsibilities:

    • Guide the company (especially the Product Teams) in terms of methodology, provide the relevant tools & guidelines
      and support all departments regarding Customer Centricity
    • Drive a customer-centric mindset at MBCS GmbH
    • Act as quality gatekeeper on data leading to product decisions
    • Further develope, optimize and complete the existing Customer Centricity Tool Box (Interviews, usability testing, surveys etc.) and pursue all issues associated with this
    • Establish Customer Centricity as an integral part of the MBCS end-to-end processes
    • Lead the Customer Centricity Project Workstream
    • Cooperate closely with all relevant departments and contact persons within MBCS and Mercedes-Benz AG e.g. in regards to market research activities
    • Coordinate agencies and service providers

    Qualifications:

    • Several years of experience in the field of customer analysis, market research or end-to-end user journeys
    • Experience in project and agency management
    • Successful completion of studies in economics or any comparable, insights into the field of psychology would be advantageous
    • Entrepreneurial and digital mindset
    • Experience in strategy creation, data analysis and tracking
    • Strong analytical skills as well as an independent, self-reliant and structured way of working, using holistic thinking to simplify and offer solutions for complex problems
    • Experience in agile working methods would be advantageous
    • Strong strategic and conceptual skills with a high level of implementation competence
    • Creativity and innovative strength
    • Strong service- and customer oriented mindest
    • Fluent English
    • Excellent knowledge of MS-Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint as well as JIRA and Confluence
    • High level of team spirit and experience in working within cross-functional teams with several stakeholders
