    The Autonomous Mobility and Safety Business Area integrates safety technologies and controls vehicle dynamics to ensure safe and comfortable driving. The objective is to implement „Vision Zero“, the vision of accident-free driving. Autonomous Mobility and Safety’s components and system capabilities are prerequisites for autonomous mobility.

Our mission is to be the interface to our Japanese / Korean customers (m/f/diverse) in Europe and to be the pipeline between our Business Unit teams in the regions and our headquarters in Lindau. We are here to support our sales colleagues (m/f/diverse) in Japan and Korea to further penetrate and expand our business by following the Business Unit`s goals and strategy on a global level.

    Main Tasks:

    • Support achievement of all customer related targets (Sales, Order Intake (Acquisitions), Reimbursements, Profitability, Price, Volume Forecast, Precision of relevant data) for respective Japanese and Korean OEMs
    • Heading and/or supporting the commercial (i.e. pricing) and contractual aspects of our business with customers (m/f/diverse) in the EU region
    • Heading and/or supporting local production volume, revenue and reimbursement planning in the EU region
    • Supporting operational cash flow management (account receivables) and order processing (support to operations during allocation) in the EU region
    • Lead/support customer visits, plant audits & demo rides

    • Academic degree in Business Studies/Economics, Industrial Engineering or a comparable qualification
    • At least several years of working experience as a sales manager/sales representative
    • At least several years of working experience with Japanese customers
    • Preferably working experience in the automotive industry
    • Business level Japanese (mandatory) and good English language skills (written and spoken)
    • Excellent customer orientation as well as communication, negotiation and presentation skills
    • Ability to work in global teams
    • Willingness to travel internationally
