    • Direct European Service Coordinator Center including recruiting, training and empowering the coordination team members to provide efficient user services
    • Monitor and evaluate service quality, maintain efficient delivery and provide users beyond expected experience
    • Master knowledge and skills of various internal professional systems, cross departmental coordination with headquarters, and cooperation of regional companies
    • Establish and maintain user files and record the interaction with users in the business system
    • Escalate timely and follow problems
    • Summarize and report the problems encountered in the calls in chats, and put forward optimization suggestions for solution

    • Several years experience in contact center
    • Experience in establishing a European call center, including system construction and organization construction
    • Management experience in electric vehicle post-sales service and auto insurance is preferred
    • Good oral communication skill;
    • Good response ability for emergency;
    • Acceptability of 24-hours rotating shifts
    • English skill on a proficient level in written and oral, and other European languages are plus.
