    Global Category Director Logistics & Packaging (m/f/d)

    • Manages strategic supplier relationships, leads key negotiations including contracting with strategic suppliers and directs identification of new suppliers/markets
    • Monitors performance metrics to improve the supply base performance and leads selected supplier performance reviews
    • Leads global and regional category teams either in direct or functional role
    • Regularly provides updates to senior management on business performance results
    • Identifies and drives cost-savings initiatives on a global, regional and cross-site level within his/her category
    • Takes on responsibility for developing, executing, and maintaining the sourcing category strategy for Logistics & Packaging

    • Technical or commercial university degree
    • A minimum of eight years of relevant work experience
    • Extensive knowledge of sourcing, strategic sourcing processes, negotiation, and contract management experience with special focus on logistics
    • Ability to build consensus across multiple organizations and all levels of the enterprise
    • Self-directed and motivated personality
    • Strong leadership and communication skills
    • Conceptual and analytical skills combined with a business-driven and practical mindset
    • Very good command of English and German written and spoken
