    Ihre Aufgaben

    • As Global Operational Performance Manager and as peer of the Global Operational Excellence Manager you will support the strategic development and initiate programs in our plants with following tasks:
      • Process Oriented Performance
        • Value Stream Mapping
        • Line Balancing
        • Lead Time
      • Lean Methods
        • SMED
        • 6S / TPM
        • Kaizen / CIP
        • 8 Wastes of Lean
    • In close collaboration with the OPX manager worldwide you set targets, you monitor and track performance regarding the continuous improvement (effectiveness and efficiency) of the production regarding our thyssenkrupp production system.
    • You invent, adapt and implement new standards regarding excellent production / shop floor management within our plants worldwide and conduct audits/scans regarding the maturity level.
    • You develop and improve KPI systems, implement them into the reporting systems and ensure the visualization.
    • You are a partner in the process of Industry 4.0 and accompany the way to the „Factory of the Future“.

    Ihr Profil

    • You hold a university degree in mechanical or industrial engineering.
    • You already gained comprehensive experience as Operations Excellence Engineer or as production leader in a plant environment preferably in an international automotive company.
    • You have already successfully shown your continuous improvement mindset in different improvement initiatives globally.
    • You demonstrated professional knowledge in Lean Management and you are providing a comprehensive toolbox (Kaizen/TIM Woods/Jidoka/..).
    • You already worked in international teams across different functions, levels and regions and you were part of sustainable change programs.
    • You already generated knowledge about advanced technology, automation and digitization within the automotive industry.
    • You enable people and organizations with your inspirational mindset and strategic competencies. You proved the ability to leverage capabilities in and outside the organization.
    • Excellent language skills in German and English and ideally another foreign language (Spanish or Chinese) complete your profile.
