    Head of Global Product Group Engine Air (m/f/d)

    • Develop global product segment strategy based on regional requirements, global market trends, and customer demands
    • Consolidate regional customer requirements on a global level (global product roadmap)
    • Steer global development projects
    • Responsible for value proposition and commercialization of product group portfolio in all regions
    • Develop global customer pricing models based on regional market price requirements and information
    • Responsible for global financial performance based on at least HK 1 and respective business cases
    • Develop and review global business cases
    • Consolidate regional input and prepare PG roadmap for CoC STRAP

    • Degree in business administration, engineering or comparable
    • Minimum eight years of international business experience, ideally in automotive industry
    • Solid leadership skills and experience
    • General project management and sales skills
    • Proficient use of English language necessary, German language preferred
    • Ability to work in global teams
    • High willingness to travel
