    TRATON has this vacancy at the Headquarters in Munich (working mostly remote due to Covid 19 ).

    We are looking for an engaged and forward thinking employee to strengthen our HR team.

    • Consult and support employees and managers on various strategic and operational HR topics and act as a strategic advisor and sparring partner to our business units 
    • Consult and support business in HR processes e.g. compensation, performance, grading, talent, development, re-organization etc.) 
    • Ensure Recruitment for internal and external vacancies 
    • Manage and participate in national and international HR projects 
    • Work constructively with our works council in all HR related matters of co determination

    • Successfully completed studies in economics with specialisation in Human Resources or Law 
    • Minimum 4 years of professional experience in operational HR management of an international company 
    • Experience with employee representative bodies, e.g. works council 
    • (Basic) knowledge in German labor law 
    • Ability to organize yourself, prioritize and balance various tasks at the same time 
    • Team player with interactive, communicative and structured working style 
    • German and English language on a very good level
