HR Generalist & Office Administrator Germany

    Corporate offices will be in Paris, Frankfurt, Amsterdam and showrooms established throughout France, Germany, and Netherland.

    Today, VinFast is currently recruiting its European team. The HR Generalist and Administrator will be based in Frankfurt and will be a key member of the development of the company.

    Reporting to the Country Sales Manager for daily operation and the HRBP Europe for HR matters, you will join a brand-new team working on corporate functions (Sales, Marketing, customer service, Legal, Finance…) supporting Germany.
    As HR Generalist, you will be involved in helping drive local HR activities and supporting Germany entity first.

    • Support the development of the Company in Germany on daily activity and support other colleagues in the office (office purchase, organization, travels…)
    • Support to set up Human Resources topics and the HRBP in her daily job
    • Organize the complete recruitment process for our internal positions.
    • Provide support to the HR administration tasks, including the administrative entry processes, offer letters, employment contracts, health insurance registration, and pension plans.
    • Be the main point of contact with our external payroll company
    • Built a strong partnership with local stakeholders (leader, managers, employees, etc….),
    • Participate actively to all HR process and policies, for Europe and locally, and roll out HR processes in your area
    • Ensuring compliance rules are respected according to the local legal context
    • Participate in other HR related initiatives and projects as needed.

    This position will evolve with the growth of the company in Europe.

    • Previous experience in a similar role
    • Bachelor’s degree in HR
    • Bilingual in German and English
    • Be self-motivated and have a desire to learn quickly, multi-task, being able to work independently as well as part of a team
    • Be a hands-on contributor in a comfortable and willing manner
    • Excellent communication skills within an organization.
    • Teamwork and time management skills are necessary, being able to thrive in a very fast-paced environment.
