    Marelli Stuttgart (Germany) GmbH currently employs about 150 people at four German locations (Hannover, Munich, Stuttgart and Wolfsburg). At its Stuttgart location, our company develops display instruments for German vehicle manufacturers, which are manufactured in large quantities in various plants of the company worldwide. Characteristic of these products are a high technical complexity with a large amount of software, an enormous variety of variants as well as numerous change cycles in the development process.

    Our Powertrain Business Line, Sales Department has an immediate opening for the position as a Key Account Manager in Wolfsburg:

    • Key Account Management for Volkswagen
    • Developing new businesses and maintaining current projects
    • Support and coordinate the Request for Quotations (RFQ) process within the offer team (such as Project Management, R&D, Industrial, Controlling)
    • Price negotiations
    • Contract review (RFQ, Quality and Logistic requirements)
    • Support of Sales planning/ Budget for the customers of competence
    • Company representative vs. the customer
    • Guarantee continuous information flow by coordination and collaboration between the Headquarters in Italy, involved departments, international project teams and the customers 

    • Degree in Engineering or Business with very good technical understanding and solid technical background
    • Minimum 5 years of working experience in the automotive industry in Sales/ Key Account Management
    • Fluent in spoken and written in German and English – Italian would be a plus
    • Open-minded team player and used to work in a multinational behaviour
    • Good presentation and negotiation skills
    • Excellent communication skills with the capacity to listen and to understand the customer requirements
    • Good command of MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
    • Willingness to travel (approx. 30%)
