    Key Account Manager VW Truck (m/f/d)

    • Responsibility for building up and supporting the customer relationship
    • Support in the development of customer strategies for Europe
    • Acquisition of new projects at the customer
    • Creation of sales planning for the customer brand in the course of overall mid-term and strategic planning as well as input into the relevant systems
    • Own contract and price negotiations for predefined product groups at the customer including alignment with P&L responsible units and regions
    • Cross functional coordination of customer specific tasks
    • Support in sales projects at need and in creating customer budgets in cooperation with controlling
    • Responsibility for building up and supporting customer relationship and support of the working level at the customer including strategic development of product and innovation opportunities

    • Successfully completed university degree and minimum five years of relevant working experience
    • Deep expertise in sales and customer relationship
    • Deep knowledge in automotive product and system environment
    • Basic knowledge in market analysis, strategy development, in contract and offer law and basic commercial knowledge
    • Professional use of MS Office especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word
    • Fluent communication in German and English, good communication and conflict management skills
    • Self-sustaining work methods, high technical interest and customer relationship competence
    • Strategic thinking, diligence as well as professional development and conduct of presentation of complex industrial goods are key success factors
