    • Pursue opportunities in order to ensure growth, profitability and revenue of the commercial air spring aftermarket business
    • Define a sales strategy and market positioning at the Aftermarket for our product group „Air Springs“ for Commercial Vehicles
    • Analyse and Develop Product Portfolio in order to improve profitability, volume and turnover
    • Monitor and evaluate market development and customer demands
    • Meet regularly with management board and stakeholders to discuss and decide strategy
    • Generate new leads, identify new potential business opportunities and define an action to implement new businesses

    • Master Degree in Engineering and/or Business Administration or comparable
    • Minimum of 5 years experience as Account Manager or similar role in automotive aftermarket business
    • Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting and budgeting
    • Ability to plan and manage sources
    • Negotiation Skills
    • Project Management Skills
    • Fluent in English, German or other language is an advantage
    • Intercultural Skills, Teamplayer, Communications skills to work in Matrix Organization
