    Hyundai Motor Europe Technical Center GmbH (HMETC) in Rüsselsheim was opened in 2003. lts purpose is to make sure that every Hyundai and Kia which comes to Europe meets the demanding standards of the European customer and to adapt the cars to the needs of the specific markets.     • Leading the HPV test team in terms of manpower allocation and team development
    • Identify & drive continuous improvements of HPV platforms to assure the competitiveness of our N-cars, worldwide
    • Develop further subjective and objective validation methods and procedures
    • Program management, budget control and resource planning with efficient workload assignment for current and upcoming HPV related tasks
    • Project coordination within the group and overall responsibility for project results
    • Documentation and presentation of project & development results to all relevant stakeholders
    • Definition of future HPV trends, technologies and roadmaps by market and competitor analysis
    • Representing company and business decisions and conveying them to employees
    • Close cooperation with HMETC departments and R&D Center in Namyang (South Korea)

    • Degree in mechanical/ automotive engineering
    • Min. 5 years of relevant experience in the area of on-road testing of preferably HP Vehicles and min. 3 years of leadership experience
    • Deep knowledge in any of the following areas is considered a must: base suspension and steering lay-out and system topics, including basic brake design parameters; control systems such as ESC, ECS, eLSD
    • Holistic view and understanding of full vehicle systems
    • Deep knowledge and experience of the European competitive HPV market, including technical benchmarking methodologies
    • Strategic thinking combined with persuasiveness in project-related and interpersonal matters
    • Flexibility and motivation is part of your personality to work in an international Automotive environment
    • Ability to develop group members’ skills
    • Capability to promote collaborative and feedback-based culture within the group
    • Excellent role model for the group members respective leadership and interpersonal behavior
    • A very good command of English, intercultural & communication skills
