    The posting refers to the project phase to ensure Day 1 readiness of DTFS GmbH on December 1st. Interest in joining the new organization and continuing the task in the future DTFS GmbH is a prerequisite.

    The department Credit Risk Management at future DTFS HQ provides and maintains standardized methods and processes for credit risk reserve setting in accordance with IFRS 9 and is responsible for the monthly calculation of credit risk reserves, for risk steering and reporting for all DTFS entities. Furthermore, the department is responsible for rating and scoring models, processes and systems. In addition, the department hosts several policies, prepares BoM deals and ensures their quality. The further development and implementation of systems, methods and databases as a prerequisite for a standardized and digitized target picture will be main activities in the department.

    Tasks:
    As an Expert for Credit Systems and Risk Instruments, you develop and maintain the global risk classifications models (Rating and Scoring) of DTFS and support the implementation. You are the business contact for the local markets for topics occurring from the use of such tools and the related IT platforms. You act as consultant for the credit decision models and support the local entities with your expertise in their processes and in their integration into the respective headquarter functions.

    Your tasks will be:

    • Development of rating and scoring models based on expertise and data from existing business
    • Support of the implementation and the use of the models and the IT platforms in the local entities
    • Monitoring and validation of the models in the local markets
    • Maintenance and adjustments of the credit decision processes ensuring fast reaction on changing market needs or from supervisory functions and from continuous automation and digitalization initiatives
    • Business related and technical support for the local users related to the global Credit Risk System and via the User Helpdesk
    • Support follow-up activities and initiatives regarding target picture implementation and replacement of the Transitional Service Agreements
    • Networking with other departments and local entities within DTFS to ensure proper handling of needs and requirements
    • Ensuring and driving the transformation of DTFS to an efficient and flexible risk oriented service provider

    • Degree in Business Administration / Banking / Economics (preferred with a focus on quantitative methods)/ Mathematics / Statistics or comparable education
    • Working experience in risk management, risk modelling or credit operations within a financial services institution
    • Knowledge of methods for credit risk models and risk related activities and regulations as well as data protection
    • Experience in statistics and related methods, programming and IT skills for active use like R, SAS, SQL, BI, etc.
    • Project management skills
    • As you are motivated to work in an international and multicultural environment, you master English in speaking and writing
    • German language skills are beneficial
    • Experience within DMO or experience in financing and/or leasing
    • Network within the present DMO AG
    • You have strong communication and relationship building skills to engage with a range of stakeholders on all levels of organization
    • You have strong ability to work independently and you are responsible as well as self-driven
    • You enjoy working with big volume of data
    • You are motivated to achieve goals together with various stakeholders in an multicultural environment
