    Project Management Officer – PMO (m/f/d)
    Reference number (009/21)

    • Drive the transformation and mindset change of the Huf Group Project Management and adjacent functional areas
    • Ensure procedural clarity through continuous optimization of the PM Handbook and subordinate guidelines
    • Enable efficiency through creation and continuous optimization of PM standards and (IT) tools
    • Prepare working drafts and moderate cross-functional work groups during definition of processes and standards
    • Train the PM function and adjacent functional areas on processes and the use of standards and (IT) tools
    • Moderate and support the cross-functional project Steering Committees with the BU management team
    • Support the implementation of a new IT solution for Project Management and Engineering Change
    • Ensure transparency of the project portfolio and the project management performance
    • Create (top) management status updates and deep dives

    • University degree in business, engineering, computer science or a related field
    • Professional experience in Automotive Project Management, Engineering, Quality or adjacent functional areas preferable
    • Professional Project Management certification and/or experience with agile project management preferable
    • International experience and fluency in English and German
    • Deep familiarity with Project Management IT Tools
