    • In our Recruiting Team, you are jointly responsible for the smooth running of the entire recruiting process and a positive candidate experience.
    • You will advise our hiring managers and other internal stakeholders on all issues related to recruiting.
    • Working together with German works councils regarding to recruiting topics is also part of your tasks.
    • You participate in and prepare for job interviews.
    • You look for alternative recruiting channels and consider measures to further develop applicant management as well as candidate experience.
    • You will plan, organize, and attend internal and external job events (e. g. university job fairs or online career events).
    • You actively approach candidates via networks, social media platforms and databases.

    • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or a degree with a focus on human resources.
    • You can demonstrate sound practical experience in recruiting.
    • You bring first experience in working with works councils.
    • Profound experience in the field of Social Media.
    • You are committed, self-initiated and a “hands-on” personality.
    • You prefer a structured, precise way of working and have excellent organizational skills.
    • You think actively about improving processes and put them into practice efficiently in coordination with the team.
    • Very good German and English skills (spoken and written).
    • You are familiar with the MS Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Experience in working with applicant management/tracking systems is a plus.
