    Our Plastics Team is looking for a new colleague as of the next possible date:

    Sales Manager / Sales Staff (m/f/d)

    • International Sales and Marketing
    • Contact person (m/f/d) for sales topics of our international existing customers and at the same time you participate in the development of new customers and markets
    • Organization and monitoring of the sales process
    • Sales & marketing of Polyolefin resins (plastics) and finished products
    • Enhance customer relationship marketing to key accounts within assigned territory
    • Prepare presentations, offers, and negotiate with customers
    • Supervise delivery and stock operations to ensure availability of sufficient sales volume
    • Check credit limits and apply for tradelines as well as support our back office for payment collection, if necessary
    • Acquire key information (sales forecasts, material needs, market trends, and competitor information) from customers and share within the team to strengthen our company’s position and create synergy effects
    • Support new business development within the package industry and take opportunities for new products and/or end applications
    • Keep track record of customer information by using existing tools such as CRM or others to efficiently document activity and manage the customer portfolio

    • You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in the field of Economics / Business Administration
    • At least 2 years of experience in B2B Sales, preferably in the chemical, plastics, or packaging sector
    • You ideally have some experience in international sales, sales, or marketing
    • You always work goal-oriented and independently to achieve your goals and you want to offer the best possible service to the customers
    • Very good knowledge of German, business fluent English is a matter of course in our international company; French or Italian language skills would be an advantage.
    • A high level of commitment and willingness to travel as well as a hands-on mentality characterize you
    • You have a confident and engaging manner in an international environment
