    In support of our engineering team we are looking for a

    Sales Specialist & Business Development (m/f/*) H2 / Electrolyzer solutions

    In this you are responsible for business development and sales of electrolyzer products/solution within Europe in. Build long term customer relationships and manage resolution to specific customer needs and issues. Identify and develop sales opportunities.

    • Develop and sell H2 electrolyzer products/ solutions to customers, focusing on volume and profitability targets
    • Establish and maintain effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full product/systems/ services offering, and align to provide a solution
    • Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process
    • Work closely with the regional sales managers to ensure full compliance with the company sales process and ensure appropriate technical and financial aspects of offers, including prices and trading conditions
    • Prepare sales plans using company tools including screening, Capture team sales
    • Identify new greenfield standalone energy storage project opportunities, considering potential use cases and commercialization opportunities
    • Collaborate with IPP, EPC, Origination, and Finance groups to develop H2/electrolyzer solutions that maximize returns given commercial strategy/use cases, performance requirements, and permitting/site constraints
    • Create added value for the customer and ensures the successful outcome of transactions, contracts and proposals by using effective sales techniques
    • Communicate details in accordance with MPW offering and strategy (delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions)
    • Ensure efficient marketing activities and value proposition to customers
    • Perform regional market and competitive analysis as requested
    • Manage administrative procedures in sales processes, and support collection and project management activities when needed

    • You have a Bachelor’s Degree. A Master’s Degree would be a plus
    • You demonstrate min. 5 years of success in developing renewable energy or storage projects
    • You have proven records of closed orders
    • You bring detailed technical and commercial background
    • You are interested in energy storage and renewable energy
    • You are able to work in a project-driven environment with tight deadlines and concurrent deliverables
    • Your level of social and intercultural competences are high
