    • Within product development you define, develop, and integrate components for the human-machine interface in vehicles (displays and controls) for cockpit systems.
    • In close cooperation with the customer, you analyze and negotiate the requirements for optical systems.
    • As part of a cross-functional team you develop and present concepts and solutions which fulfill customer and automotive requirements.
    • You focus is the complete development chain from concepting to mass production.
    • As part of a highly innovative team, you enable the latest technologies in the area of displays, optical systems and controls for automotive usage.
    • Within the development projects you are in close contact with other departments such as electronics, mechanics, software, validation, sourcing, industrialization, and quality.

    • You hold a degree in optics / optoelectronics or similar and you have at least five years of experience.
    • You have a strong understanding of optical display systems
    • Ideally, you have a proven track record within the area of display, glass, and glass coating development.
    • You have a solid experience with customer interaction.
    • You are used to work in international cross functional project organizations.
    • You have strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • You are fluent in English (spoken & written). Ideally also in German.
