    Senior HW engineer for ECU design – e-Cubator (m/f/d)

    • Specification of control units for automotive applications
    • Simulation of control and power electronic devices for electric drives or power converters with Simscape or LTspice
    • Functional safety requirement analysis and implemetation according to ISO 26262
    • Composing of electronics with modular new reuse blocks and reuse existing modules in CADSTAR
    • Evaluation of generally the possibility to generate schematic blocks out of formal descriptions
    • Management of layout and prototype electronics manufacturing by external companies
    • Guide layout about EMC for ECU design
    • Performance of all integration testing and evaluation of prototype electronics

    • Experience in logic, control or power electronics design
    • Experience in ECU design with AURIX
    • Experience in functional safety
    • Experience in EMC
    • English language skills
    • Teamwork spirit and enthusiasm
    • Creativity and analytical thinking
    • Good communication skills and flexibility
    • Interest in innovations in electromobility
