    • You will set up, lead and motivate the project team and take care for the team members based on excellent soft skills and our company values
    • You will lead the software and hardware development to deliver concepts, architectures and solutions that meet the needs of our demanding customer projects
    • You will maintain the product backlog based on the requirements from our customers
    • You will work in an agile environment and will actively support the continuous improvement of our development processes
    • You will take over responsibility for cost budget, schedule, functionality/quality and risk management including conflict solving in these areas
    • You will set the targets and milestones together with our customers and track the project progress
    • You will be responsible for planning and reporting the progress of the work packages to our customers and management

    • You hold an academic degree in computer science, Electronics or similar
    • You have experience in leading software projects and related state of the art methods for project management
    • You have experience in automotive software development
    • You are experienced in agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban
    • You are highly skilled in organizing, planning, and convincing
    • You have an understanding of business administration and financial tracking
    • You are a self-starter with enthusiasm and initiative
    • You are an open-minded individual who is eager to work in a multicultural atmosphere
    • You are pro-active, structured and precise with high focus on customer needs
    • You successfully communicate in English and German
