    More precisely, to the Automotive division of Altran Deutschland S.A.S. & Co. KG.  Around 1,700 ALTRAN colleagues throughout Germany work with enthusiasm and passion on the evolution of mobility.     • You manage software platforms under development according to internal and customer product development processes
    • You implement and follow an agile software development approach to maximize productivity and quality, and minimize delivery times
    • You create, maintain and execute software development plans which includes requirements, compliance, traceability, software development, validation, verification, software release planning, hardware/software integration and configuration management
    • You report the status of software development projects to project teams and leaders
    • You ensure together with the line management the project has the access to the right software engineers all the time to deliver the project deliverables
    • You ensure that all software engineers are fully aware of their software development objectives
    • You manage and resolve project risks and issues
    • You are working to company quality standards

    • University degree or equivalent education in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or in a program/project management related discipline
    • Work experience with automotive OEMs or tier 1 automotive suppliers
    • Experience with continuous integration
    • Ability to communicate with customers, senior management and project teams
    • Practical knowledge in multimedia systems development or display solution development, e.g. cluster instruments, head-updisplays
    • Experience with software development, designing control units and software architectures is a plus
    • Basic understanding in automotive functional safety standard, ISO26262 or functional safety experience in other industry standards
    • Knowledge with software quality management, e.g. MISRA is desirable
    • Experience with high level automotive CAN protocols, especially UDS-on-CAN, OBD is an advantage
    • First AUTOSAR experience is beneficial
    • Practical knowledge of automotive and similar technologies, including control unit development and topologies and CAN protocols : UDS, SOME/IP
    • Experience with requirements management tools, systems and software design tools, analysis tools, etc.
    • Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills; knowledge of German is a plus
