    Specialist / Senior Engineer Electric Motor Design – e-Cubator (m/f/d)

    • Conduct a systematic and module based analysis of customer requirements
    • Design a scalable family concept for electric motors for automotive applications (some 1-5 kW range)
    • Select cost optimal and scaleable motor technologies
    • Electro-magnetic design of electric motors, field simulation and verification with prototypes
    • Structural and rotordynamic calculation, thermal calculation of electric motors
    • Work in a motor and actuator scrum team and manage suppliers
    • Build up a knowledge base for part and manufacturing costs
    • Involve in integration testing and evaluate prototype e-motors
    • Work together with innovative start-up companies, different universities according to their knowledge and monitor worldwide technology trends

    • Experience in electric motor design
    • Experience with simulation and FEM tools
    • Experience in motor manufacturing
    • German and English language skills
    • Teamwork spirit and enthusiasm
    • Creativity and analytical thinking
    • Good communication skills
