    We are looking for a specialist for our sustainability team. TRATON GROUP is experiencing a deep transformation process and we are convinced that our company’s success must be built on responsible and sustainable conduct. Become part of an international team and contribute with your own ideas to our sustainability story.

    • Design strategies and deliver programs for TRATON’s ESG initiatives and memberships especially in the field of Pluralism & Inclusion as well as People business
    • Contribute to the sustainability reporting for TRATON (e.g. annual report, website, investor presentations) by advising and supporting group functions in preparing information in line with reporting requirements and stakeholder expectations
    • Write accurate and compelling content for projects and innovation stories
    • Coordinate ESG database in close cooperation with TRATON group functions and brands
    • Contribute in developing sustainability guidelines and TRATON’s commitments to overarching standards, memberships or voluntary self-commitments in close coordination with group functions and external organizations

    • Successfully completed Master’s degree (preferably with a focus on sustainability) and at least three years of relevant professional experience
    • High affinity for sustainability topics as well as prior knowledge of ESG criteria desirable (climate and P&I data, regulatory requirements, human rights in supply chain management and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs))
    • Preferably experience with EHS-Software (e.g. Quentic, Intelex) and MS Office
    • Ideally networked in sustainability initiatives and knowledge of market developments and trends
    • Intercultural competence and assertiveness in an international environment
    • Fluent in spoken and written English and German
